Political Slight of Hand... Obvious Omissions, Shameful Spin and Bold Faced Lies

I understand sometimes folks are so tired from working a long hard day, only to get paid a half a day's wage due to taxes... sometimes they don't have the energy to actively participate in the day's geopolitical newsworthy events... so they sit and absorb everything being spewed at them, all the good, and bad information.  Which is how you can have so many people believing that a political thug Marxist from the south-side of Chicago, should be president of the United States.

On February 13, 1996, the Wall Street Journal published an op-ed by Bernard Goldberg, who wrote, "There are lots of reasons fewer people are watching network news, and one of them, I'm more convinced than ever, is that our viewers simply don't trust us. And for good reason. The old argument that the networks and other 'media elites' have a liberal bias is so blatantly true that it's hardly worth discussing anymore. No, we don't sit around in dark corners and plan strategies on how we're going to slant the news. We don't have to. It comes naturally to most reporters."

From that point on, even after having been in old-school media for decades, Goldberg was considered a traitor by those who had professed to be his friends.  Undeterred, Bernie Goldberg then went on to write the book, "Bias," which I have found to be a brilliant piece of work.  He's a bona-fide insider who lays out a very intriguing source-backed, factual piece, and proves just how incredibly biased, and agenda driven so-called mainstream, drive-by, old-school, has-been, media really is. 

To this day, a majority of the mainstream media, vehemently deny the presence of any Leftist ideology in their reporting.  The Boston Globe,   reported on January 17, 2002, the words of former CNN and CBS reporter, Deborah Potter , "I have yet to see a body of evidence that suggests the reporting that gets on the air reflects any political bias."

Oh really... well Ms. Potter, and those of you like her... maybe you should look at a few facts, before you publicly proclaim your ignorance.

Of course there are certain individuals who have admitted to it, but are completely ignored.  In 2002, 60 Minutes commentator Andy Rooney said on CNN's Larry King Live: "There is just no question that I, among others, have a liberal bias. I mean, I'm consistently liberal in my opinions. And I think some of the, I think Dan [Rather] is transparently liberal. Now, he may not like to hear me say that. I always agree with him, too, but I think he should be more careful."

Newsweek Washington Bureau Chief Evan Thomas stated on Inside Washington, "There is a liberal bias. It's demonstrable. You look at some statistics. About 85 percent of the reporters who cover the White House vote Democratic, they have for a long time. There is a, particularly at the networks, at the lower levels, among the editors and the so-called infrastructure, there is a liberal bias." 

So if you are one of the many who just can't bring themselves to believe there is a Liberal bias in mainstream media... you need to get your facts straight.

If you can't see the bias between these two Us Weekly covers, you have drank the Kool-Aid and you are no longer cognizant enough to understand reality... furthermore I respectfully request you refrain from voting.

This quote would indicate that it's all about winning the election, and NOT at all about leading the people.  But in order to win without revealing your true agenda, you and your propaganda outlets must manipulate the people's perception as to the greatness of your candidate, and how evil your opponent is.  Like HBO... the movie channel... conveniently showing two documentaries, one on dead American soldiers, the other one characterizing American soldiers as torturers, in the weeks before the presidential election, in an obvious attempt to evoke a negative emotional response to the American military war machine.

It's called demagoguery, it works very well and the Leftists are really good at it... as was Vladimir Lenin.  It's all about gaining power and popularity using the emotions, passions, and prejudices of the masses... and manipulating very important political issues in a manner which obscures or distorts the truth and the right way to do things.  If you don't fall in line with the Leftist party line... you are their enemy, and they will do whatever it takes to destroy you, and by any means necessary.  They have no shame... no conscience... and no honor. 

For another glaring example... these McCain pics to the right.  Taken by a "professional photographer," and a self-proclaimed, "hardcore Democrat,"  working for Atlantic Magazine.  She lied to McCain and his people and manipulated him into staged settings so she could turn around and manipulate them digitally, to suit her Leftist agenda and of course release them on the internet for the world to see.  You can see more of her twisted work here at her site... ironically called... Come on folks, politics aside, this is not just unethical... this photographer is just a bad person, who shouldn't be trusted by anyone who puts themselves in her "professional" hands as a photo subject.  They may simply be used as satirical fodder for her own political agenda and her own career... she'd rather be infamous... than human.  Very sad.

  Regardless of your politics... to treat an American war hero like this is simply disgraceful.  And I thought Liberals were supposed to be compassionate... LOL... can you believe this woman gets paid to be so incredibly biased...?

I'm also the kind of person who is willing to report what's really happening.  I've made no attempt to hide my bias... I'm voting for McCain/Palin... and will do so proudly.  And the opposition has 20'000 campaign spokesmen out there in the old-school Leftist media, working day and night, in their own subversively twisted efforts, trying everything they can to distort the truth. 

And that's why I feel it necessary... and actually imperative... to voice my opinion about the disloyal opposition.  Granted, there are a lot of big-wig Conservatives, and people of conscience out there, putting out the information too.  Putting out the actual facts without demagoguing.  The intolerant Left will try and convince you any opposition to Obama is all "hate speech," which very is similar to when the Devil attempts to convince you he doesn't exist.

The Left, as well as Obama himself, would have you believe, the people who oppose him, and the people who don't vote for him are all racist.  We dislike him, not because he's completely unqualified to be the leader of the free world... no they say we don't like him because he's got a funny name, or because he might be a Muslim (even though the informed don't really believe that) or...  because he's black. 

It's actually pretty pathetic this is all the Left has.  Accusations of racism... that's it... when in reality, my opposition to Obama has nothing to do with the color of his skin... and everything to do with his Marxist ideals, and the fact that every influence in his life for the last 25 years has been some kind of socialist whackjob or anti-American radical.  This is just a fact.  He can deny it all day long, but in his books, in his speeches, in his own words, you can hear the people Obama followed and went to for guidance and financial support.  In his own words, and by his actions, you can hear the true contempt and hatred... for traditions... for whites... for capitalism... for America.   He's a con-man, with is slight of hand and his manipulations of reality.

And if you need some more proof of this insidious ways the Leftists are influencing perceptionl... you don't have to go far. 

 - The New York Times happily publishes an editorial by the Leftist candidate for president, but refuses to publish one written the Republican. 

 - The View ambushes Sen. John McCain... calling him a liar to his face, and asking him whether or not Whoopi Goldberg should be worried about slavery...   But... when the anointed Obama was on with these vitriolic "ladies" of The View... they were like a bunch of school girls, sitting around Elvis... and  they thought he was sexy.  If one is intellectually honest, you cannot deny the obvious bias.  The hostility towards the Republican is blatant and disgraceful... and then the hens just fall all over themselves drooling at the anointed one.  (And when Michelle Obama was on... she had a list of things the hens weren't supposed to ask about... when Cindy McCain was on, there were no restrictions... so what was Michelle afraid of... she was amongst fans)

- And of course there's the Associated Press with their endless bias towards anything conservative, Republican, or not Leftist... how about their recent questions about who's running Alaska while Gov. Palin is campaigning... at the same time they completely ignore the fact that Barack Obama's only spent 143 days in the Senate... total.

Like his direct connections with people directly involved in the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scandals.

Or his direct connection to the unrepentant 1960's anti-American-hippie-radical-terrorist turned college professor scumbag, who founded the militant anti-American group known as the Weathermen, and actually declared war on America... and the plan he had with Obama to indoctrinate the children of Chicago with their Marxist ideology. 

Or, how about Obama's direct hand in the south-side Chicago housing developement cookie-jar.  And all the back-scratching he did for his friend, convicted felon, Tony Rezko.

Like for instance, the most recent in scandalous behavior and bias... perpetrated by whom...? The Leftists of course.....  Gov. Sarah Palin and Sen. Joe Biden are scheduled to participate in their vice-presidential debate... and the chosen moderator of the debate is a woman who just happens to have written a book about "emerging young African American politicians" who are "forging a bold new path to political power."  But she conveniently, and purposefully, omitted that fact when she was chosen. 

She just happens to be in the tank for the Dem candidate.  She just happens to have a financial stake in Obama's success.  She has a direct, conflict-of-financial-interest in this election race.  She's a black woman who supports Obama whole-heartedly,  and yet... she's somehow been positioned to be the "objective" moderator at one of the most important debates of the election.  And she's even miffed that people would suggest otherwise.

While the humble leaders of a cult give great lip service to worshipping the divine, they readily receive and expect "honor" from followers that actually borders on worship.

Such veneration of cult leaders as messengers who speak and act with infallible, unquestionable positions of divine authority or ultimate wisdom is a universal characteristic of cultic authority structure as well as the inevitable declarations that the cult leader is "just a man with a vision," whose words and teaching are authoritative pronouncements carrying the full weight of absolute power behind them.  Barack Obama has swooned his minions into believing he is a gift from God.  And they're willing to follow him anywhere.

Sociopaths with smiles tell you what you want to hear... preying upon the weak minded and the ignorant... Obama tells crowds of adoring fans he's going to cut capital gains taxes for every small business in the country... and despite the fact small business' don't pay capital gains taxes, Obama is relying on the wordage and the emotion to spread his social gospel it to the masses... and the peasants rejoice. 

If you are unable to, or unwilling to accept what I say is true... you've probably bought into all the Obama has-been rhetoric... or you're an indoctrinated liberal already... either way you've been fooled by the stealth radical agenda.  I  believe Barack Hussein Obama is fully intent on destroying America... I also believe he hates me, and other Americans like me, and everything we stand for.  He's an Ivy-League smooth-talking snake-oil-salesman who charms his masses... like many cult leaders before him.

Please... I implore you... my fellow Americans... my fellow humans... do not allow your perception of reality to be manipulated by Leftists who literally want to control every aspect of our existence... the facts and information are out there my friends... you must seek it out and make up your own minds. 

And then... if you still choose to believe the class-warfare-white-guilt-hype and Marxist marketing... then  you've already been manipulated and brainwashed into blindly marching into the massive Kool-Aid lines...  and you're just about ready for sleep now.
